Public Works Director 


David has been with the City since 2007. He started as a Water Systems Operator and soon promoted to the Superintendent of that division before become the youngest Public Works Director for North Ogden. As Director David oversees 21 employees in 7 different divisions.

Office Manager 


Shelly has been with the City since August of 1997.  She worked as the Utility Billing Clerk before becoming the Office Manager for the Public Works Department. She has been the Cherry Days parade coordinator since 2013.
 Streets Superintendent


Scott or “Tiny” as he is affectionately known has worked for the City since 1981.  Although he is the supervisor of the Streets division, Tiny is truly a “jack-of-all-trades”.  He has constructed, repaired and manufactured buildings, park structures, pool ladders and many other items in his years with the City.  In the Streets division he oversees the maintenance of streets, sidewalks, and signs throughout the city.

Culinary Water Systems Superintendent 


Jason has 12-years experience with the City.  He holds a level IV Water Distribution Certification (highest level) and oversees the drinking water system for the City.  There are many state and federal regulations that must be strictly followed and Jason does an excellent job meeting those requirements.  He leads a crew of 4 operators to distribute a high quality product to our city.


 Brian Galvez


Sanitary Sewer Superintendent


Trent, or Ottis as his coworkers affectionately call him, has been with the City since 2002. He started as a Sanitary Sewer Operator and soon became the supervisor. There is about 100 miles of sewer lines in the City that Trent and his crew of 1.5 have to clean, maintain and monitor. Trent holds a Level III Waste Water Collection with the State of Utah.

Solid/Green Waste Superintendent


Brian has worked for the City since 2003. He started as the street sweeper and has worked into the position he now holds which oversees the Green Waste Facility along with the maintenance and repair of the garbage and recycling cans. Brian is also certified as a level 3 in Sanitary Sewer Collections.


Storm Water Superintendent


Dave has been with the City since 1997. He started in the Parks Department then moved to Public Works as the Line Locator and soon was promoted to supervisor of the Storm Water division. There are 6 channels and 50 detention basins that are monitored and maintained by Dave.




Fleet Manager                                   


Tyrel has been with the City since 2009. He started as a Mechanic I and became the Fleet Manager in 2014. Tyrel oversees the maintenance and repairs of over 300 pieces of equipment including dump trucks, snowplows, heavy equipment and small equipment such as lawn mowers and weed eaters.

Utility Billing Manager


Stacie has been with the City since 2007.  She has filled many roles including Deputy City Recorder but has recently become the Utility Billing Manager. Stacie has a warm smile and easy demeanor that residents appreciate.
