Councilwoman Cheryl Stoker
Term Expires: 01/2020
I am Councilwoman Cheryl Stoker. I am now coming up on 40 years of being married to my cute husband, Lyman. We have lived here for 37 years and it’s been a wonderful place to raise our family! We have 5 children and 19 grandchildren-soon we will add another great grandchild to make 3.
I still run, bike, and walk; love the outdoors, sun and being warm. Anything below 80° is cold to me.
This is my second term in serving as a Council Member for the great people of North Ogden. In my first term, we saw the completion of our public works building, Smith's Marketplace, and Café Rio. We are seeing new growth in our City and economic development is happening. With such development, however, comes the challenge of how we want this to happen. The hard work the Mayor and Council dedicate in the Council meetings and residents' valuable input create powerful, progressive changes for our City.
It has been my privilege to serve the residents of our beautiful City. I love hearing from the residents and seeing their involvement and how much they care about our home.
