Tiffany has worked with North Ogden City since 2007, and has been the Parks & Recreation Director since 2012.  Swimming and water polo are her two favorite sports, and she has over 15 years of experience as a lifeguard, trainer and water safety instructor.  She has a passion for organization and graduated from Utah State University with dual bachelor's degrees where she participated in undergraduate research with student athletes.

Charlene Jones

Jesse has been with North Ogden City since 2009. He loves his job and is very passionate about what he does. Jesse is a Certified Arborist, Master Gardner, CPSI (certified playground safety inspector), CPO (certified pool/spa operator), CIT (certified irrigation technician) and a licensed commercial pesticide applicator. Jesse enjoys learning new things and is always looking at ways to improve park operations. 

 Tyler has been with North Ogden City since 2016.  He earned his Bachelor's Degree from Dixie State University in Recreation Management and Human Communications.  Tyler has over 9 years of experience in parks and recreation and is working to become a Certified Irrigation Technician.  Tyler is very innovative and often comes up with new ways to do things faster or smarter.  


Byron has been with North Ogden City since 1981. With over 35 years of service he has proven to be one of the most dedicated employees. Byron works on the mowing crew in the summers and enjoys teaching and training our seasonal employees. Byron has seen tremendous growth and expansion in the parks over the years and is always willing to learn new things. Byron is also our heavy equipment operator he has advanced skills in operating backhoes, loaders, dump trucks, graters etc.

Char joined our team in 2015 and brought with her 8 years of parks experience, most recently working for Salt Lake City’s graffiti removal team.  She runs the mowing crew of seasonal staff during the summer and is quick at learning new tasks.  Char holds her CDL (commercial driver’s license) and is a plow operator in the winter.  She loves being outdoors snowboarding and enjoys meeting new people.

Caleb has been with North Ogden City since 2012.  He started as a lifeguard at

North Shore Aquatic Center, then moved to the parks department as a seasonal employee. Now, full-time Caleb helps in several different areas with his skill set. He enjoys Christmas and is our holiday decor specialist. Caleb is CPR, ATSSA Flagger Certified and working towards getting his CDL. Caleb enjoys traveling and photography in his free time. 

Connor joined our team in 2014.  He helps operate our mowing equipment and machinery to keep the parks trimmed and looking great.  Connor has his pesticide applicator’s license and is also CPR certified.  He is very dependable and always willing to help out with special events and tasks that come up outside regular work hours.  Connor has a special interest in law enforcement and is a great asset to our team.  

Justin has been with North Ogden City since 2016.  He has over 18 years of experience with city parks and recreation.  Justin is a certified American Red Cross lifeguard and Lifeguard Instructor, Aquatic Facilities Operator (AFO) and volunteers for the Corinne Fire Department.  Justin has a vast knowledge of water systems, irrigation and chemicals.  Justin enjoys talking to people and is an avid houndsman.    Ken has been with North Ogden City since 2007. With a background in facility maintenance there isn't anything that he can't figure out or fix. Ken is a CPO (certified pool/spa operator) and runs the entire maintenance operation at the North Shore Aquatic Center. Ken always has a positive attitude and is great to work with. With his vast knowledge and attention to detail North Ogden City is very fortunate to have him.

Becca has worked for North Ogden City since 2004. She obtained her degree in Recreation Management from Brigham Young University. She has been involved in athletics her whole life playing Volleyball, Basketball and Softball throughout her schooling. During her college years she played softball for Dixie College and BYU. Becca loves working with the community and getting to know all the kids that come through the program.

Teresa has been with North Ogden city since 2013. She enjoys her job as she greets the community when they enter the Parks & Recreation building or call in to the office. Teresa works with the office team in gathering and compiling information and putting together races and events. Teresa is a skilled coordinator and helps with vendors and advertisers for the Cherry Days Celebration, and rentals and reservations for the North View Senior Center.
