Water Aerobics

Dive into our water aerobics classes and challenge yourself with the incredible resistance that only water can give.  This class is designed around you and can be tailored to help with injury recovery, pregnancy and weight loss.  The low impact nature of this class is suitable for all abilities. Get ready for a total body workout.

Aqua Dance 

This class takes the best beats and adds them to the
 traditional water aerobics class feeling
 to create exciting water dance class.   It’s fitness with loads of fun added into this energetic class.  Go along with the instructor, or enjoy the class at your own pace.  This water workout tones and conditions your body in a safe, low impact environment. Very comparable with Aqua Zumba®. 

Lap Swimming

Swimming is a lifetime sport.  Take advantage of our variety of lap swimming times to find one that works best for you and your schedule.  We offer early morning and lunchtime lap swimming hours, so put on your suit, grab your goggles, and come on over.  

Water Walking

If swimming is not your forte, or even if it is, come try out our water walking at the Aquatic Center.  Walk with the current for a leisurely morning exercise, or challenge your strength and walk against the current for a more vigorous workout.   

Fitness Admission: $2.50

This team is for ages 6 and up. It is important to remember that some knowledge of swimming is required, as this is not a learn-to-swim program. It will build on your child’s previous swimming ability and basic knowledge.  The coaches will evaluate the child to determine in which group they will practice.
