March: Artistic Hair
History
Judy Beckey and her husband, Bruce Beckey, purchased Artistic Hair on February 1, 1983. They own the building and rent the upper and lower level to other North Ogden Businesses; Advance Insurance & Bear River Mutual located upstairs; Therapeutic Massage by Design, Roofing Co, and Liberty Restoration are located downstairs. Judy continued to run the salon and took over managing the building after the death of her husband in 2011. This year Artistic Hair is celebrating their 35th business anniversary. Judy also works alongside her two daughters and two granddaughters, who are very committed and dedicated to the success of Artistic Hair Salon.

Community Involvement
Artistic Salon offers free haircuts for the families who are staying at the Old Fire Station. They also participate in “Locks of Love” where they give free haircuts to those who donate 10 inches of their hair.
