You may apply for traffic school if you meet each of the guidelines:

  2.  You have no more than 1 other citation for a moving violation within the last three years.

If you meet the traffic school qualifications, you can sign up in the Court Business Office Monday – Thursday 11 a.m. - 5 p.m. or Friday 9:00 am – 1:00 p.m., excluding holidays.  If approved for traffic school, a $25.00 plea in abeyance fee will be added to your fee amount due to the court. You will also be required to attend an online traffic school. The charge for the online traffic school is $49.00 and is paid to that entity.
