Welcome to the North Ogden City Public Records Request webpage.
Record(s) requests are in accordance with Utah State Code §63G-2 Government Records Access and Management Act (GRAMA). Requests only apply to existing records. North Ogden City is not required to create any record to fulfill a request.
A fee may be required for a Record Request (GRAMA) that takes more than 15 minutes to complete. The fee will not exceed the hourly salary of the lowest-paid employee who, at the discretion of the custodian of records, has the necessary skill and training to perform the request.
