Bryce recently graduated with his bachelor’s in Construction Management with an emphasis on Facilities Management. He brings positive leadership skills, along with a friendly and professional demeanor. Bryce has worked for North Ogden City in the Public Works Department for many years, along with Farmington City and R & O Construction. He enjoys reading, camping, and spending time with his wife and two amazing kids.

Stacie was born and raised in North Ogden and has worked for the City since 2007. She has worked in utility billing for more than half of that time. Not only does she process the utility billing, she also assists in keeping the metering system up to date. She enjoys learning the ins and outs of the city and has worked in multiple departments throughout the city. Stacie recently received her Utility Management Certification and Water Conservation Certification. She looks forward to continuing learning more about North Ogden and other ways to keep the city running at its best. In her free time she can be found reading, in the gym, or boating with her husband, son, and puppy.

Stetson has worked for North Ogden City since 2022 in the Administrative Services department. She is the one to call if you need assistance on reserving parks, the Senior Center, or the Amphitheater. She can also assist on any general questions about what is going on in the city. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, being active, reading, and trying new things. She enjoys her job and can’t wait to see what it has in store for her in the future.

Colleen has worked in municipal government for almost 20 years - 13 years with Brigham City in the Administration Department doing Accounts Payable, Utility Billing, and assisting the city treasurer and almost 5 years with North Ogden City. She is currently the Business License Official and the Building Department Administrative Assistant. In her free time she likes to spend time with family, read, needlepoint and some gardening. She enjoys her job and works with amazing people whom she considers family.

Shelly began working for the city in 1997, starting in Utility Billing and moving to an Office Manager for Public Works. Shelly is now an Administrative Assistant at City Hall, and you can contact her for any city related items. She will answer your questions or direct you to the correct person.

Shalyse has been with North Ogden City for six years, starting in the Administration Building before moving to the Public Works Department. She grew up in North Ogden and lived in Morgan before eventually moving back to North Ogden City with her husband and son. She enjoys working in her flower garden, and spending time with her family outdoors camping, boating, and fishing.
