North Ogden City will replace the water main, fire hydrant, and water service lines to the meter pits (The replacement area is shown in the yellow-shaded area on the attached image). A new 8” C900 PVC water main will be installed as well as 6” Fire Hydrants to provide better fire flow and better service to the residents in the area. North Ogden City typically repairs broken mainlines in this area eight times a year.
Bid Proposals will be advertised for the Waterline Project in October 2023. Repairs by the awarded contractor will begin March 15, 2024. The project is expected to be completed by June 30, 2024.
Project cost estimate is $600,00.
