North Ogden Public Works

The North Ogden Public Works department can assist you with various needs including utility billing, street maintenance, city sewer systems, city fleet management, and our green waste facility.

  • Utility Billing: Sign up for services, terminate services, billing, and autopay questions**
  • Culinary Water: Information on leaks, water quality, and water conservation**
  • Secondary Water: Water used for outside yard maintenance**
  • City Engineer: Responsible for planning community land use, studying environmental impact, design infrastructure, and overseeing project execution
  • Motorpool: Maintains fleet of city vehicles and heavy equipment. Information on used vehicle fluid drop off locations.
  • Public Works Inspections: Right of way permitting, oversees construction throughout the city to make sure sites are in compliance with state and federal regulations, and line locating. 
  • Solid Waste: Curbside can delivery and maintenance, manages green waste pit, organizes Spring & Fall clean-up, and monitors the recycling dumpsters**
  • Storm Water: Detention basin and city owned canal maintenance, oversees storm water system throughout the city, and leaf truck operations
  • Streets & Streetlights: Traffic & road updates, questions and/or concerns about city roadways, sidewalk replacement, snowplow operations, and streetlight repairs**
  • Work Orders: Report a problem with a street light or your blue/black can
