DOG LICENSING

All dogs residing in the city, including inside only dogs, service dogs and dogs that are being kep or used as therapy animals must be licensed in North Ogden City on a yearly basis according to City Code 6-1-3. The dog(s) must be wearing the license tag at all times. 

*Currently, a single residence may keep up to 3 dogs.

NEW DOG LICENSE

To register a new dog with the city please fill out the form below and bring it with you to the Police Department located at 515 E 2600 N during regular business hours. You will need to show proof of rabies and if the dog(s) is neutered/spayed.

DOG LICENSE RENEWAL

To renew a dog license, you can come into the North Ogden Police Department during regular business hours at 515 E 2600 N or you can call our office at 801-782-7219. 

EXPIRED RENEWALS:

You will need to provide proof of rabies and if dog(s) are fixed, also provide neutered/spayed certificate.

***Due to COVID-19 we are highly recommending residents to renew their dog license by calling our office if your rabies vaccination certificate is up to date and we can take payment by phone or by mailing a check to our address with information such as your name, your dog(s) name, and a phone number.***
